WORLD-CLASS BUSINESS EDUCATION PROGRAMME

The MINIBOSS BUSINESS SCHOOL Programme and Methodology represent a unique, research-based system of business education designed specifically for children and teenagers. Rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and entrepreneurial practice, it is a pioneering educational model proven to develop outstanding personalities capable of thriving in the 21st century.

At the heart of our approach lies the MINIBOSS Academic Programme (Know-How) – an integrated 8-course curriculum with a comprehensive calendar of academic and extracurricular activities. It has been repeatedly tested and refined to ensure one clear outcome: the transformation of every child into a successful and happy individual, fully prepared to realise their talents for the benefit of themselves, their families, and society.

 

STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAMME

The MINIBOSS World-Class Business Education Programme (MBBS/UK academic standard) consists of:

• 8 consecutive courses in business theory,
• 12 forms of practice annually,
• a step-by-step methodology covering 18 subjects in business and social sciences.

Children progress through subjects such as economics, finance, marketing, law, project management, organisational/HR management, strategy, communications, leadership, sociology, psychology, innovation and entrepreneurship. Unlike conventional education, these disciplines are taught in an interdisciplinary, real-world format, ensuring deep comprehension and immediate practical application.

THE THREE-SEMESTER MODEL

1st Semester – BUSINESS THEORY (Interactive & Gamified)

Weekend classes transform abstract theory into game-based interactive learning. Students explore business concepts, work in teams, and apply creativity to real-world tasks. At the same time, they develop all 8 Intellects – IQ, EQ, PhQ, CQ, MQ, XQ, TQ, SQ – a holistic intellectual framework created by MINIBOSS scientists to ensure children reach their full potential.

 2nd Semester – BUSINESS INCUBATOR (Practical Startups & Entrepreneurship)

Here, knowledge becomes practice. Students design, develop, and launch real-life startups, gaining hands-on experience in:

• Generating business ideas,
• Building and testing prototypes,
• Pitching to investors and business angels,
• Managing sales and operations,
• Competing in Startup Forums and National Startup Championships.

This learning-by-doing philosophy ensures every student develops entrepreneurial confidence, leadership, and resilience.

 

3rd Semester – GLOBAL EXPOSURE (Startup World Championships & Business Camps)
Students broaden their horizons through international camps, study tours, networking events, and competitions. The highlight is the Startup World Cup Championship, where young entrepreneurs from across the globe present their projects and compete at the highest level. This unique exposure not only strengthens skills but also builds a global network of young leaders.

 

ACADEMIC PLAN

The academic year (aligned with the academic program in mainstream schools), includes more than 900 academic hours of study and practice per annum, including 162 academic hours of the following mandatory elements:

• 162 academic hours of business theory and practice, 
• 40 academic hours of participation in Startup National and Startup World Cup Championships.

The academic plan also includes at least 500 academic hours of recommended educational elements, including the MINIBOSS Business Festivals, Business Camps and Business Tours.
