Asian Business Mission 2026 in Almaty

On April 12, 2026, Almaty will host Asian Business Mission 2026, an international business platform that will bring together entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, and innovators from across Asia and beyond. The event is set to become one of the key business gatherings in the region, strengthening Almaty’s role as an emerging centre for cross-border cooperation and entrepreneurial development.

Asian Business Week 2026 is designed to foster international partnerships, investment opportunities, and strategic dialogue. The programme will include high-level business forums, networking sessions, startup presentations, and partnership development meetings, creating a dynamic environment where ideas can evolve into real business opportunities.

The event will be held under the auspices of BOSS Business Club, World Woman Club and the European Association of Business Development, reinforcing its international статус and positioning it within a broader global ecosystem of business collaboration and leadership.

In recent years, Kazakhstan has demonstrated significant progress in the development of entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem. Between 2020 and 2025, the number of registered small and medium-sized enterprises in the country steadily increased, exceeding 2 million active entities.

The contribution of SMEs to GDP has grown to approximately 36–38 %, reflecting a strategic shift toward diversification and private sector development.

The startup ecosystem has also experienced rapid growth. The number of startups supported by national programmes and technology hubs such as Astana Hub has increased significantly, with thousands of startups participating in acceleration programmes and attracting international attention. Venture investments in Kazakhstan have grown multiple times compared to 2020 levels, with increasing involvement from both regional and global investors. Digital transformation, fintech, e-commerce, and edtech have become leading sectors driving innovation in the country.

Asian Business Mission 2026 will play a crucial role in supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. The event will include dedicated networking sessions, practical briefings on startup creation, and participation in the Startup Forum 2026, specifically designed for young entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

A special emphasis will be placed on youth entrepreneurship through the involvement of the international network MiniBoss Business School International, which will provide educational and mentoring support for aspiring founders. This initiative aims to equip young leaders with the knowledge, mindset, and tools required to successfully launch and scale their businesses in a global environment.

Asian Business Mission 2026 represents a platform where regional potential meets global support. By bringing together experienced leaders and emerging talents, the forum will contribute to building a sustainable and interconnected business ecosystem across borders.

As Kazakhstan continues to strengthen its position on the global economic map, events like Asian Business Week serve as powerful catalysts for innovation, collaboration, and long-term growth.
