Dr Lidiya Golubenko was a renowned Doctor of Sciences, Head of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology at Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University, a politician, public figure and the first President of the International Club of Successful Women — WORLD WOMAN CLUB.
