В Пентагоне оценили вероятность вторжения России в Украину

Министр обороны США Ллойд Остин заявил, что наращивание войск РФ на границе с Украиной открывает для президента России Путина разные варианты действий. В том числе рассматривается и полномасштабное вторжение. Об этом сообщает AP.

Остин уточнил, что об окончательном решении Путина ему не известно.

«Хотя мы не считаем, что президент Путин уже принял окончательное решение использовать эти силы против Украины, сейчас у него точно есть такая возможность», – сказал он.

Глава Минобороны добавил, что РФ может использовать вооруженные силы, состоящие из более 100 000 военных, чтобы захватить украинские города и «значительные территории». Также Россия может прибегнуть к провокационным политическим действиям, например, признанию уже оккупированных украинских территорий.

Для того, чтобы остановить сокращение биоразнообразия, необходимы срочные и комплексные действия. Увеличение национальных парков и заповедных территорий недостаточно для удержания деструктивных процессов в природе. Об этом сообщает The Guardian.

Чтобы остановить уменьшение видового разнообразия, необходимо устранить чрезмерное потребление, вредные субсидии и климатический кризис.

Ожидается, что в этом году на XV конференции в Куньмине (Китай) правительства поддержат соглашение по сохранению природы, предусматривающее защиту не менее 30% океана и суши до 2030 года.

Dual Degree: Ukraine (ONEU) – United Kingdom (IBAC)

One of the oldest higher education institutions in Ukraine — Odesa National Economic University (ONEU) — and the International Business Academy Consortium (IBA) from the United Kingdom signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the summer of 2021.

Background Information

International Business Academy (IBA) is a British educational consortium that unites business schools and supplementary education institutions for children, teenagers, and young people from different countries.
In Ukraine, the IBA franchise is represented in several cities, including Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Vinnytsia, and others.

The Memorandum between ONEU and IBA opens new opportunities for ONEU students to develop entrepreneurial skills and competencies, while giving IBA students from all over the world the opportunity to obtain a state-recognized diploma from a prestigious Ukrainian economic university — ONEU.

The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by Andrii Azarov, Founder of the International Business Academy Consortium (IBA), and Anatolii Kovalev, Rector of Odesa National Economic University (ONEU).

Обвал рынка криптовалют. Падение достигло катастрофических цифр - 150 млрд. долларов США за 3 месяца

Только за последнюю неделю Биткоин (BTC) упал на почти 20%. А за 2 месяца падение составило 50%. За собой Биткоин тянет в пропасть и токены. Сейчас стоимость 1 BTC опустилась до $36 тысяч.

Ранее он останавливался на время на отметке $42 тысячи. Падение Биткоина началось в ноябре, когда он достигал своего исторического максимума - $69 тысяч. Вероятно, что очередной отметкой, на которой он попытается закрепиться будет уровень $28 тысяч.

Параллельное падение и Ethereum

За Биткоином падают и альткоины. Так Ethereum опустился до отметки в $2400, хотя в начале ноября 2021 года вторая по капитализации монета стоила в районе $4800 - $4900.

Тут мы также наблюдаем падение свыше 50% за два месяца.

Общая капитализация рынка криптовалют упала с $3 трлн. в ноябре 2021 года до $1,6 трлн. в январе 2022 года.

Украинский корабль отправляется в экспедицию в Антарктиду впервые за 20 лет

В пятницу, 28 января, флагман украинского научно-исследовательского флота отправляется в свой первый рейс в Антарктиду. Это будет первый за 20 лет выход украинского корабля в Южный океан. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Офиса президента.

«Флагман украинского научно-исследовательского флота – ледокол «Ноосфера» сегодня отправляется в свой первый рейс в Антарктиду», – говорится в сообщении.

В ведомстве сообщили, что ледокол «Ноосфера» является первым украинским судном, оснащенным суперсовременной системой динамического позиционирования.

В Украине в Одесе раскрыта агентурная сеть, планировавшая серию терактов - взрывы, поджоги, вандализм

Прямо вовремя вербовки исполнителя был задержан агент, который давал инструкции о местах планирования взрывов и поджогов, а также обсуждались ранее совершенные акты вандализма.

Служба Безопасности Украины выложила на своём официальном канале YouTube видео материалы частично раскрывающие замысел агентуры Российской Федерации.

В частности, в переговорах агента с исполнителем обсуждались: организация взрывов автомобилей в воинской части в Одесе; глумление над памятником Героям Небесной Сотни в Одесе; поджоги складов, в которых волонтёры готовят свою гуманитарную помощь воинам АТО.
